In keeping with CDC and La Crosse County COVID-19 protocols, the LAPC staff office will be closed until further notice.

Staff will continue to work remotely and are available through the contact information listed on this page.

Only essential committee meetings to process TIP and work program approvals will be scheduled. Meetings will be held remotely through Skype or other conferencing means.

Local Planning Activities

2020 Update of the Metropolitan Transportation Plan

Every five years, we are required to update our transportation plan, which has a minimum 20-year planning horizon.

Our current plan, Coulee Vision 2040, was approved on September 16, 2015 and will be replaced by Beyond Coulee Vision 2040 when it's approved on September 16, 2020.

While our website is being redesigned, draft chapters and supplemental materials will be made available here.
